This bus was purchased from Manchester Transit Authority. I purchased this bus in Utica, New York. It was picked for addition to the Fun Fleet because it was unusual being a single door model. Very few 4523 were made this way.

Actually, this was a very good bus and had little problems with it with the exception of usual maintenance. I drove the but from Utica to New York where it was stored at a friend's place. Later I picked it up and drove it back to California. We also picked up two RTS buses in Madison, Wisconsin and all three came back to California.
